There are defiantly technical issues that still need to be ironed out here, but the tech itself has potential and I think it will ultimatly lead to everyone having more robust networks, and services for people who might not be able to get them currently.

adaptive radios are great , except for when they don't take into account passive sensing when looking for "clear" air…

agree, its the cheapest option particularly in countries like the UK with antiquated telephone exchanges..
